Ordering

Viewing your gallery
Your online gallery will be created within ten days. I will e-mail you when it is ready for viewing. I will e-mail access information and a password for you to view the gallery. You may share your gallery with others; however, I will not make your gallery public. Please note that all images are copyrighted and can be used for promotional reasons for Jen Cowsar Photography.

Placement of your order
You will have ten days to place your order. You can order online by clicking on ADD TO CART on the images that you have selected. From there, you can choose size and quantity and even start your package order.  If you want a print  in a different finish such as sepia or black and white, let me know via email as soon as you order. You may pay by credit online via Paypal or send me a personal check or cash.  There is an $8 shipping fee, however, if you will be picking up your portraits,  simply enter the coupon code NOSHIP when checking out on the internet.  That code will remove the $8 shipping charge from your order.   Payment is due in full upon placement of your order.  Your order will be ready to be picked up within three weeks. Larger pictures may need additional time. When your order is ready, I will contact you.   All sales are final.

Order Session
Order sessions are a great opportunity for you come back to the studio and go through all of the wallhangings and options that are available for ordering your prints.  Order sessions are available by appointment 1 week after you receive your proofs.  Order sessions do not cost you anything and help you make the best choices for your portrait package.

Print options 
Prints can be ordered in color, black & white, or sepia. If you would like to see a particular image in a different color, please ask and I will create it and add it to your gallery to view. Images are shown in the dimension of a 4×6 print in the online gallery. Other sizes require some cropping. If I am concerned about the size of an image choice, I will contact you to discuss the cropping before I place an order. Please be sure to complete the contact information on the order form.
